The recycling plant where an employee died in a paper shredder was placed under court order Wednesday to preserve the machine involved in the accident.
The legal action against Yank Waste Co. Inc. comes just 24 hours after Narinesammy Rengasawmy, 39, was killed at the Colonie plant and protects evidence, should the family decide to sue the company.
